I’ll be co-teaching with my dear yogini friends, Jean Grant-Sutton and Rhonda Gerhard.
The workshop will be at P.O.S.T – 224A Weller St. – Petaluma, CA.
Love in Action is the best way to heal the world and heal yourself. In this day-long workshop, Rhonda, Jean and I will help Love in Action to flourish even more in your life. We’re all experienced and warm-hearted teachers, and will guide you with dialogue, meditation, asanas and partner practices to help Love to increasingly manifest through you and as you.
The cost is $120, sliding scale. Participants will receive a paperback and CD of my book Love in Action (a $15 value).
There will be an hour lunch break. You are welcome to bring your own lunch, or to eat at a nearby restaurant.

Jean Grant-Sutton, C-IAYT, Certified Yoga Therapist, is a teacher and educator of yoga. Her 30+ years of experience encompass travel and study in India, many years of practice with Kate Pelly (Iyengar), Ian Rawlinson(Desikachar) and the past 20 years with Joseph Le Page (Integrative Yoga Therapy). Her presentation style transmits the great joy, understanding and well-being that yoga provides for our body, mind and spirit. Jean’s teaching encompasses her extensive experience as a bodyworker which brings forward her deep understanding and love of form, alignment, and anatomy. As owner and operator of BodyWorks-Integrative Yoga and Stress Management Center in Petaluma, Ca. for 10 years she created the 200-hour Affiliate Integrative Yoga Teacher Program. Rhonda Gerhard, is a Licensed MFT psychotherapist and Certified Integrative Yoga Teacher. Her early years of study in yoga include working with Ian Rawlinson (Desikachar), Jean Grant Sutton, and Joseph Le Page (Integrative Yoga Therapy).Since 1992, she has studied Buddhist psychology with several prominent psychologists including Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and Daniel Siegel,M.D. and has trained in iRest®/Yoga Nidra with Richard Miller, PhD. She has lead Yoga Nidra sessions for countless groups over the past 16 years including the “At Home Within” Program at COTS (Committee on the Shelterless) and the Integrative Yoga teacher training programs. Practiced in kirtan and Classical Hindustani music, she frequently plays tanpura for sitar or sarode performances.Rhonda blends psychology and yoga, meditation, mindfulness and asana practice.
